Is the Researcher tier really free?

Yes. We offer a generous free tier for academic researchers, students, and individual scientists. No credit card required. Includes access to all four products with usage limits.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Absolutely. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the end of your billing cycle. All your data and configurations are preserved.

Do you offer academic discounts?

Yes. Accredited academic institutions receive 40% off Pro plans. Contact our sales team with your institutional email for verification.

What compliance certifications do you have?

Nutracie is SOC 2 Type II certified, HIPAA compliant (BAA available for Enterprise), and GDPR compliant. We undergo annual third-party security audits.

Can I deploy on-premise?

Enterprise customers can deploy Nutracie in their own VPC, on-premise data center, or air-gapped environment. We support AWS, GCP, Azure, and bare-metal GPU clusters.

How does GPU billing work?

Pro plans include a base allocation of A100 GPU hours. Additional compute is billed at $2.10/GPU-hour. Enterprise plans include dedicated H100 access with custom pricing.
