Nutracie, Inc. today announced multi-year partnerships with three top-20 pharmaceutical companies to deploy its AI-powered drug discovery platform across oncology research programs. The partnerships collectively represent over $35 million in committed platform licensing and milestone payments.
Each partnership focuses on a distinct oncology area. The first collaboration targets novel immuno-oncology combinations, using NutraDiscover to identify synergistic drug-target pairs that overcome checkpoint inhibitor resistance. The second focuses on biomarker-driven patient stratification for solid tumors, leveraging NutraGenome and NutraOmics to identify responder populations for existing pipeline assets. The third applies NutraFold to engineer next-generation antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) with improved tumor selectivity.
These partnerships validate the maturity and enterprise-readiness of the Nutracie platform. All three companies conducted extensive technical evaluations over 6-9 months, including prospective validation studies where NutraDiscover predictions were tested experimentally. In one evaluation, Nutracie-generated candidates showed a 4.2x higher hit rate compared to the company's internal computational chemistry pipeline.
The partnerships include deployment of Nutracie's federated compute infrastructure within each company's secure environment, ensuring that proprietary compound libraries and clinical data never leave the partner's network. This capability was cited as a decisive factor by all three companies, as data security and IP protection are paramount in pharmaceutical R&D.
James Liu, VP of Business Development, commented: 'These partnerships represent a milestone for Nutracie. Working with top-tier pharmaceutical companies validates our technology and accelerates our mission to transform how the world discovers new medicines. We are committed to delivering measurable value: faster timelines, higher hit rates, and novel biological insights that our partners cannot achieve with traditional approaches.'
With these additions, Nutracie now has 47 active pharmaceutical partnerships across oncology, fibrosis, neurodegeneration, and infectious disease. The company raised $42 million in Series B funding in Q1 2026 to scale its team and infrastructure to support growing enterprise demand.
